Books are our Close Friends
I Ramjee Rabari from Dhaneti village of Kutch District. I am 8th Std student studying in Vivekanand Vidhyalay Dhaneti. There are 10 children clubs in my village guided by Clare Bhavan Nadappa. I am the member of Tiger Baal Mandal and every month we gather in meeting of our Mandal. During meeting we learn so many caricular and extra caricular activities. I am taking part in all competitions like essay, drawing, speech etc.. before joining the mandal I was so introspective and I never been to any Programmes either of school or of Clare Bhaven. After I became a memebr of Bal Mandal, I started to take interest with passion in all competitions. The VANCHE GUJARAT Programme is runinng by Government of Gujrat. I have participated in it and block level I got second when district level fifth. After that I took part in Gandhinagar state level competition too. I got reward sum of rupees 800 and education kit from state level as a consolation prize. I did not get chance in top ten at state level however I didn’t give up. Next year I will try my level best to get first. This all things happen because of Bal Mandal. I sincerely thank to Sr. Jeslin and KJT for giving such exposure and platform which a rural child like me really in need of it. Now I can say that what my talents are now is due to the Bal Mandals thanks to Clare Bhavan and KJT.
