Bal Mandal is a group of children of a village divided into different groups which in future will be a social arm of the existing village federation for sustainable social development. All the villages of Navjeevan Mahila Manch will initiate the formation of Bal Mandal where the children ageing 8 to 14 will be a part of it. Even the drop-outs can be a part of the Mandal.
The Need
Every year the school finds nearly 80% of school enrollment but hardly 25% completes their primary education. The bottleneck for the problem is the unaware parents about the importance of education for a child and no motivation and interest among the children to carry on with her/his schooling.
Objective
- Each child in the school and learn well.
- No drop-out from the school
- To bring in a social awareness and responsibility along with developing their inhabited talents.
